Within Outlook 2013 (running on Win8 OS) we want the ability to:

- highlight a word directly in an email (doubleclick),

- open context menu (right click)

- select a custom created search option from menu ("Lookup in CRM") [Microsoft Dynamics CRM ]

- CRM automatically runs a search and loads results window of any matches

Ex: Email received in Outlook with the word "Samsung" written in the body. Directly from the email we want to be able to highlight and launch a CRM search results window of all our "Samsung" matched accounts on the spot for reference.

Right now to achieve the above we have to: manually highlight the search term from the email, copy it, move to CRM, load CRM Account List window, paste search term in search field, add "*" wildcard characters around the search term, run the search. This requirement happens dozens of times a day and needs to be streamlined.

We are looking for a solution to accomplish all of the above automatically from a simple right click menu option directly from the highlighted word while still in the Outlook email environment.
