I am looking for a simple stand-alone calendar personnel organizer.
Should be able to:
Enter master-list of personnel
For each person, enter block dates of unavailability (and why)
When entering a task, available personnel displayed, and are selectable, for date range selected.
Unavailable personnel also displayed, but requires an 'override' to select/"double-task".
Calendar view printable with tasks shown to match dates. Task lists show who is tasked to which task.
