Design me a type-on text | I need it in 3 hours.

Hello. I'm looking for someone to design me a Type-On text in After Effects. I want to use it on different static images and videos. The text is : " Nova S.I. " . The colors to be used is bright blue, bright dark purple and bright red. You can see the colors in the gif I added. I want "Nova S.I." to be visible by default. After this "S.I." should be animated and become "Settlement Intelligence", firstly S, and after that I, but keep the dot until the word is typed, then the | should move after the dot and delete it. "Nova" should have a lighter bright blue color, the two dots, red and they should always blink, the"|" should be a dark bright purple and should also blink, and "S.I." should be a little more darker than the blue used in"Nova", and also bright. I also want this to be easly used on images and videos, so it should have a transparent background. Before I will release the milestone I want to receive the project file (.ae). Other info and reference images, after you apply. I need this to be done in 3 hours.
