Create a Video tutorial for my web application

basically looking for someone can make video tutorial for my website . using screen video recorded and explain all the function in my web application . Requirements : 1- previous work by the freelancer 2- must got a very nice voice . Please note that my request is not for animation video explainer it's real time tutorial like the people who give a tutorial about specific software . Regards ,
