Create a Video

Want someone to write, direct, shoot, edit, live stream video content to youtube. The talent is only 10 years old started about a month ago and already has a growing number of follower. He wants his gameplay videos created. The gaming footage typically range from 20-30min; we need to creatively and entertainingly (nice cuts and sound effects etc...) need to cut all the game play into a short 2-4 min video. We intend on posting 4-6 videos per week. The Talent is situated in Shanghai, China and will probably require someone locally.
