I can have this to you same day, pending on how long the recording is but unless it's 5+ hours, then I have no problem getting it to you same day. I have all the software needed, such as Apple Compressor and Adobe Media Encoder. I can also clean the audio up a bit, though I did see you said it was fine. I have over 5 years experience in video editing, mostly delivering for TV broadcast and web delivery. One issue you may encounter is, if the original recording is low-quality, then it will remain low quality. There isn't much anyone can do if the original recording is low quality.
