Create and edit clip from TV show

From a cable TV show - Major Crimes, season 2, episode 19, Return to Sender, part 2, I need a clip from about 36:30 to 37:21 (minutes:seconds from the beginning). The clip should correspond to the screen shots in the attached PDF file. Once the clip is made, I need the shot of the Amber alert message added after each incident of a person looking at their mobile phone (3 inserting in all). For the three insertions, the shot of the Amber alert should be cropped to leave out the fingers holding the phone and it would be best if the part showing the Amber alert message could be tilted to look at it might from the perspective of the person looking at that phone. (if this is too difficult, just show the message on the phone without the fingers.) We'll also need a frame inserted at the end (to be supplied later). You will need to find the video (it's available in the US on Amazon, probably others.) I don't need HD, but it needs to look good and smooth - not pixilated. Output should be 2 formats: 1) full size AVI and 2) suitable for Youtube.
