In both case your budget is very low aspecially if you want voice over to be created as well. To make a corrrect offer I give details below: Creating after effects based video editing: 400Ł stock footage research and purchase: 200 - ? depending on the selection in case you want own models with own footage: selecting models: 200Ł shooting of models 100Ł/model/day voice over appr 2 minutes: 150Ł If you would choose to work with me, I would make blocks of the job: 1 block get to know very well your desired result and set up final working process 2 either introducing models either introducing selected stock footages 3 introducing first rendered video 4 voice over recording 5 releasing final production at each block I would require a milestone payment of at least 150Ł if you have your own footage ready to work with. Hi, I have been for more than 20 years in professional video editing/composing, 3D modeling & animation, graphic design and special effects. Few questions: - In what video format (flv,mp4,wmv,...) and resolution (W x H) do you need your final video ? - What kind of videos do you like ? Can you show me some samples from Youtube ? It would be the best, to have the voice over, before the project starts, since it is much easier to sync the video/animation when you have the voice over, than to do that later.
