Add SMS Text Feature to Existing Site

Our existing site ([login to view URL]) is being moved from one server to a new server. When completed, we need to add a new feature to the site. The feature will ONLY be available to the site admin. The feature will send SMS text messages through the internet to cell phones. We realize there is a cost associated with some services. The coder will be required to setup this account or direct us how to setup this account, using our payment method. We understand there are also some free services. We'd prefer to use a free service, if possible. The admin will be able to upload a database with Name & Phone Number fields. Short text messages will be sent from the website to the phone numbers. We'd like to be able to insert fields into the text. For example: This text would pull the "First_Name" from the database. Hi , we hope you have a great day Hi Greg, we hope you have a great day. The admin section of the site should track the number of emails sent. The admin should be able to create reports for selected dates; weekly, monthly, yearly. If possible, we'd like to be able to program the "Sending" number into the text. For example, we'd like for the receiver to see the number we program as the sender. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux
