Hi, i have a Test de connaissance du français (TCF) with highest rank C2 which indicates advanced mastery of French. And i used french language for my studies for almost 20 years so you can say it is almost my native language. I have, in all modesty, an almost perfect (because there is no perfect in this world) level in french. So for your document it's really a matter of hours before i finish it (i may complete it in 2h translated+re-read to verify everything) or at the most 5h if it's really complicated.
