Communication with Yangon Technological University by Myanmar language.

We need some one to communicate with Yangon Technological University (YTU) by Myanmar language. We have been trying to communicate with YTU but we could not do it. Our office is a design office in Japan and we are considering to hire the graduate from YTU. It is the reason why we need the contact with them. We found phone number of YTU by Yellow pages site. But we could not communicate because of language. There is HP of YTU but no contact information of Fax or e-mail. What Freelancer needs to do. 1) Call YTU and explain our situation. 2) Find out the method to apply for recruiting. And get the application form. 3) Find out the adequate phone number and the responsible person name who can communicate by English. 4) Find out e-mail address and Fax number if available. We need these information in English.
