Data Collection for Research Project

I am working on some research and looking for some assistance with data collection. I need the output in Microsoft Excel. I will provide a list of 134 merger and acquisition transactions with their announcement and completion/withdrawn dates. The output must count the number of articles containing the names of these companies in the Financial Times and Wall Street Journal between those dates and list the number of negative and positive words per article; a list of these words will be provided. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
