Comic. Need to create a long term comic series. Will require one or two A4 pages every three months

We need someone who can create a good comic from a story line given to them. We will privide a description of the characters. Some of the characters brought into the comic will be real people cartoonised. We hope it to be an on going work maybe a couple of pages every 3 months. We are open to suggestions and prices.
