Please describe your testing experience when submitting your bids. A private bid will be extended to all successful bidders.

**You will be entitled to be listed on our Hall Of Fame in the program's About box if you find 18 or more bugs. We shall be aggressively marketing the application worldwide so you will be famous.**

Beta Testing Agreement

1) Download the Beta Application: <[url removed, login to view]>

2) Sign up our bug tracking database with your RAC ID: <[url removed, login to view]>

3) Post your bug reports and review all bugs found by others there

4) At the end of our beta period, you will be awarded $1 per new bug found

5) The amount we pay you will be calculated according to the following rules:

(i) Only new bugs are counted

(ii) New bugs are defined as bugs that point to a problem in the source code that has not been revealed by a previous bug in the bug database)

(iii) $1 will be awarded for each bug found

(iv) You must find at least 4 bugs to qualify for any award

Example:

You found 10 bugs:

Basic bid amount of $4

Bonus of $6

Total: $10

You found 2 bugs:

Not qualified for any award according to rule 5 (iv)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
