Telemarket for me

Looking to produce leads for my estate planning company to the Scottish Public aged between 50 and 75 and preferably Homeowners. Would be looking to reward at a lower rate per lead or a higher rate per sale.......In the past my conversion has been around one in three. Estate Planning is Mainly helping people nearing retirement or in their old age to put life decisions in order.
