Position Summary



 

Set appointments for Account Executives by contacting potential prospects using the telephone.


Principal Responsibilities

 


Goal is to make 100 calls-200 calls per week.
Keep daily reports indicating productivity and contacts made.
Track activities in the CRM system and communicate with Business Development Manager.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while being a team player and cooperating with all departments.
Learn, understand and communicate the applications, features, added value and benefits of using services


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

Clear English

Articulate and professional communicative skills.
Passion for making telephone calls and strong hunter instinct.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to learn basic services functionality and explain our technology to potential customers.

 


Minimum Qualifications

 

High school Diploma 2 years of Higher Education preferred 2 years of Sales or Telemarketing experience preferred
CM Marketing Incentives is a Business Development firm with 30 years experience in the lead generation industry. We have developed a tried and true method of securing positive results for our clients. Our staff is trained individually to meet the needs of our clients and get the results they want. Our reps have 3 or more years experience in the industry and average 15 dials per hour day. We operate from Monday - Friday from 9:00amEST until 5:00pmEST.
We regularly submit all call logs to the client at the end of every day in a format determined by our client. We keep in constant communication with the client so they know the progress of their project.
We qualify leads based on the qualifications the client sets forth using their script providing our clients only the highest quality sales leads.
