appointment setter (insurance)

I am looking for some one to set appointments for me for the mortgage protection insurance. I will be doing basically simplified life insurance mostly term insurance of some sort. But it will lead into other things as things progress. I am new and looking to acquire some ones help. Knowing the insurance industry is not an absolute but will require to get to know the basics which I can help with and teach. I have a script that you can use that the company gave me and it is not hard to remember. I am paying for leads so you will not have to generate leads or cold call people. Some leads will be older leads that people completed a while back and some will be brand new that people just requested about. I am looking for someone with an pleasant voice who is confident with talking to people and can understand the product that I am taking to people's homes. I am looking for a women mainly but will take men's applications. right now i am looking for only 4 to 6 appointments per week and grow to 15 to 20 appointments a week. Right now i am offering 5 dollars for each new lead and 6 dollars for every older lead that you can book an appointment. I am looking for someone to work long term with so i am willing to train and and give more details on everything. You will be paid weather i get sales on my own or not but i cannot pay if you do not get me appointments this is a fair deal. I am paying for the leads also so this is factored into the payment for each lead, but once the business moves forward i am willing to negotiate on the financials.
