Calling Real Estate Leads & Telemarketing

As a successful real estate agent, I'm finding that I don't have the time to cold call for new business. That's where you come in. You will be calling "For Sale By Owner" sellers and soliciting them to list their homes with me. You will be calling mailing lists and databases to solicit for them to sell their homes with me. Many of these leads will require follow up calls, so you have to be able to organize yourself and stay on top of the leads that you are working. Payment of $50 for each appointment booked, or solid lead handed back to me that leads to an appointment. So long as you're the one who makes the initial contact and "breaks the ice" you'll get paid; even if I have to close for the appointment myself. If the appointment leads to a contract, an additional $50 will be paid. You must speak english clearly, have excellent phone mannerisms, and be able to close these leads. If I make money, you'll make money. Pure and simple.
