I represent an Offshore CALL CENTER catering to the US and UK Markets respectively with APPOINTMENT SETTING/LEAD GENERATION Programs being our specialization.
To start off with I'd like to allocate 5 Agents on the Program but we need the Following from you:
1. CALLING DATA to call prospects and for 5 Agents we need atleast 6K records/Week.
2. The Filters that are to be used to qualify a Prospect.
3. A script, we can use ours but initially we need to use yours.
Secondly, A qualified Appointment means, the Prospect has agreed to meet up with the Financial Adviser, whether or not the meeting happens is something which wouldn't concern us as this is not in our control as many a time we have seen that the Adviser doesn't meet the Prospect on time or the Prospect decides to re-schedule the appointment or even changes his/her mind and I wonder why the Call Center has to be penalized for this.
We shall submit full recordings of the confirmed appointment for your review.
You will have 12 Appointments in a day after the first few days, Can you handle it??
We shall give you three appointments as a TRIAL and if you like what you see then I may request you to pre-pay for the APPOINTMENTS.
