Good morning! Taking a look at all the project variables: 1. You have all the elements on hand from PPT files. voiceover, instructions etc 2. You have a defined time constraint on the project. I'm an expert Captivate user in the field of Learning and Development that has used the tool since it's evolution out of RoboDemo many years ago. By trade I am an Instructional Designer with a creative flair. Knowing the tool as well as I do and having used it for many similarly styled projects I am confident of delivering a professional and polished finished product in accordance with your specifications. I do have many work samples for you to browse upon request and I am available immediately. The project would commence as soon as I received current materials. My project plan would be as follows: 1. Receive current material, templates, voiceovers and anything else pertinent to course creation. 2. Import/Create templates into Captivate, ensuring they adhere to client specifications. 3. Add the learning content as outlined in the source materials 4. Ensure timing, transitions, animations are effective and appropriately interactive. 4b. Add quiz elements, knowledge checks (not specified in the description, I believe) etc. to reinforce learning 5. Polish and send to client for review 6.
