Configure ADFSv3 on WIndows 2016 with CRM2016, WAP and IFD

I want a technical resource for a fix cost that will install and document the implementation of:

Windows Server 2016 Active Directory

Windows Server 2016 Active Directory Federation Service

On premise Dynamics CRM 2016 installation Claims Based Authentication and Internet facing domain

Windows Server Local Certificate Authority

SQL Server 2014

SQL Reporting Services for CRM

Windows Server 2016 Web Application Proxy

I will provide:

- 6 x Windows Server 2016 virtual machines. one for AD, one for ADFS, one for WAP, one for CRM, one for SQL and one for local Certificate Authrority

- Public SSL certificate with subject alternate names

- Microsoft Server, Dynamics, SQL

- Firewall publishing for external connectivity and testing

You will be provided Remote Desktop access and full administrator rights to the VMs

To complete the project I need you to provide:

1. A fully working environment

2. Full detailed written documentation including screen captures of each step of the process

I will then use your documentation to recreate the solution to confirm that the documentation is correct

Upon me successfully reproducing the solution, the project will be completed.
