CentOS Based Firewall Config

I am curently running a Cisco PIX 525 and it is maxed out on memory and CPU so i have built a server to replace it with and i require a linux systems admin to turn this box into a highly secure firewall. I have all my rules output from my pix The server is a Dual AMD 2.8 cpu's with 8 gigs of ram the server is an IBM Eserver E326 this server has 2 x 1 gb onboard nic cards. CentOS is installed on this server and it is ready to go About the network. 1 GB uplink to provider. all ip blocks route to 1 ip but i have 2 subnets this equipment is COLO and once config is done i will need to attend the Data Centre to make the chane over and switch firewalls. Traffic. Our current loadis about 40MB/sec and we send and receive about 100,000 packets per second in EACH direction. All packets are VERY small. Bids from persons outside of canada and USA will not be accepted!!!!!!!!! This is due to the need for phone calls Thank You
