Need help communicating with Japanese speaking supplier -- 2

hi, I need someone from Japan or someone who has good verbal and written Japanese understanding to communicate with a supplier in Japan and procure some products for me. This supplier can only converse in Japanese so it'll only work if you can read, speak and understand japanese. Only bid if you fulfill the criteria above. Thanks
