Design the layout and interior drawings of: 1) The old basement of a house (size 5 meter wide, 18 m long) to be changed into: 1a) waiting room (5 meter wide, 9 m long) with contemporary furniture (such as presented at [login to view URL]): 4 barcelona chairs, 1 loveseat, library against walls + + 1b) psychiater room (5 meter wide 9 m long) with contemporary furniture (sofa + office chair eames + Chaise longue, sliding doors to garden. 2) The 1st floor of a house (size 5 meter wide, 18 m long) with stairs to basement, living room with gas heater, sofa's, library, kitchen bulthaup style corian with cook island. Backside sliding doors towards garden. Metal construction for small 1,5 m terras and stairs to below garden. Exact drawings; sketches, ideas and pictures will be send before assigning the order. We estimate further communication to take +- 4 hrs max via chat. We estimate this project to take max 3 to 5 working days.

I am a qualified architect and have expertise in 3-d Modeling. I have already done much work on residential architecture and feels qualified enough to do this job. I will use a combination of CAD, Sketch-up and Photoshop along with the rendering in V-ray or I render to deliver the design.

As i understand from the briefs you provided, you want to have a neatly designed place with efficient circulation and room layouts. I have over 4 years of experience in architecture field and had done my internship in Switzerland. So i am aware of the quality of work you are expecting and the type of spaces you want. As per furniture requirements, we can make interesting spaces in the design and also in the walls in the form of voids. Void formation( of any shape) can be used for arranging the books or as seating spaces or can fill with glass patterns. I think i am fit for the job because you seem to be person who think of everything- big or minute, as well i am. when designing i will think of every component individually and its role in the whole design - proper ventilation and light in the basement, services to the clinic etc. I am new here but i assure you i do my work with passion and to i will not stop improving until you are satisfied with my design. As per drawings i will make site plan, floor plans, Sections and 3d model(not too detailed)
