Python 2.7.9. In the description above ignore the step 4 which is the submission that i should do it you should write a code for this project . After you write a code you should add comments to the code . and to understand it you need also to look at the previous projects that I have done. It is matter of using some number. However, If you are that good at Python, i believe you can wave this problem by using some tricks. Otherwise, I will provide with all options and you can do what ever you think it is suitable.
