Design, develop, upgrade, test, implement, and document software components of the ServiceNow platform according to the client's requirements. Create technical specifications from logical design and functional specifications. Develop new ServiceNow applications and application enhancements. Maintain ServiceNow configuration and enhancement code. Develop reusable components and applications within ServiceNow. Create or enhance ServiceNow application development documentation. Perform software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software reviews, identification of code metrics, software risk analysis and software reliability analysis, as necessary. Perform software modeling and simulation, as necessary. Integrate software with existing systems and interfaces as necessary. Develop function specification documents and flow charts. Directly interact with clients and manage client service delivery. Lead client meetings, provide consultation services as required and manage unsupervised client communications. Provide support to teammates and training sessions as required.
