I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . We are looking to hire a company to design and develop a custom call center for our company, call center will have all functions of a normal call center with transferring calls, queuing, as well as a possible integration into our current custom built CRM, we are looking for someone with experience with Twilio. We want the call center to be integrated with Slack to make this an all in one communication platform between office personnel and customers.

In the bid amount , I can provide the website version , android application , ios application with one year support . I am available on all days and shall provide 2 work updates per week ( Tuesday and Friday ). I am available on all days to discuss. You can release the payment as per milestones and after the milestone work is complete.
