Build Dashboard to our existing webservice API

We are searching for a talented full-stack developer to produce a customizable KPI dashboard application to operate within its Softtime Online Environment. The chosen developer will be expected to utilize a design document (attached) and set of requirements to create a dashboard system allowing for multiple KPI ‘Panels’ to be selected and parameterized by the end user , and for these selections to be stored for retrieval on next logon. Application will be written using an EXT Javascript FrontEnd with a .NET web service being fed by a Microsoft SQL database. All data shall be obtained via the primary SoftTime online webservice API and will be secured utilizing OAuth security , so experience with this is a must. This project is an add-on to an existing and active application AND is somewhat of a test. The developer that is chosen for this project and that can complete this project on time and in a satisfactory manner will be immediately offered a much longer term project.
