I have 210 project milestones in Microsoft Project. I want to link these Milestones to Visio so that when you press a button, the milestones automatically pull through to Visio. I want there to be buttons that allow the project milestones in Project to be filtered (for example so that only the IT milestones show when the "IT" button is pressed)
