Add-on software for Vend POS

We operate a computer sales and repair business. We are currently using a booking sheet created in Excel and running on a kiosk computer connected to the internet too book in our repair jobs. It sends the information in a pdf file via email to our main computer which runs Vend POS (Point of Sale) software to manage all sales. We have to copy and paste the customer’s information from the pdf file into Vend and create a parked sale each time a job is booked in. We need an automated system created and linked to the Vend API so we don’t have to copy and paste the customer’s information and park a sale each time a job is booked in. We would like to set this up so that other functions can be added later, like job tracking, sms messaging, etc. For now it will run on our local network but at some point in the future it will need to run in the cloud for commercial sale as an add-on to Vend.
