We're need RTMP streaming filter to stream to Wowza server or Adobe Media Server. Filter must support H264 video and AAC audio. Support pause / resume during live streaming (internally in filter without pausing graph). Support filter graph pause / resume. Visual C++ 2010, x86 / x64. If any 3rd-party library required it's must be discussed. No GPL code.

hi, I bid this project as I have good experience in directshow filter developement. Also I have worked in streaming applications on encoding side. Worked in HLS streaming, Adobe smooth streaming on the encoding/transcoding ffmpeg streamed Transport stream to fragmented mp4 boxes in c++ language. The ts and mp4 with parsing is done in both c++ and C#. h264 and aac basic header parsing ( upto NALU to find duration and frame type are done). Had done time based and I frame based segmentation/fragmentation of these codecs. I have few questions here, - What is input to the filter - is it a rtmp stream of h264 and aac - Is mp4 container is used - Is the funtionality of the filter is ONLY to pause/resume graph based and internal based and redirect to Adobe/wowza server or any trancoding is needed
