Create a C# portable class library to parse a web page

I'd like this project done in Visual Studio 2013. I need a portable class library written in C# that will parse the following web page and return a business object structure as defined below. Please take a look at this search page: [login to view URL] I need a main class called SalarySearch that has 3 static methods: GetEmployees (accepts first name, last name, salary start, salary end, title, cabinet, department) and returns a collection of Employees. Employee object will have the following properties: First Name Last Name Title Cabinet Department Salary The SalarySearch class will contain a GetCabinets and GetDepartments methods. These methods will return what you see in the search page drop downs. Basically, I want a provide the functionality that the web site provides, but I want a separate portable class so that I can front-end it with whatever I want. Please provide a test client so that I can see your program works. I want to be able to call your code from my front end like this: Employees emp = [login to view URL] (firstname: "james", lastname: "lawson");
