Create bot for google and Bing

We need to create a program that whould click to Google and Bing Ads. We don't care about language that you will use for it. Developer should have experience in creating bots that can simulate a real user in the Internet. Algorithm should be approximately as follows: 1) Select a proxy from the list. 2) Go to [login to view URL] \ [login to view URL] 3) Emulate the work of normal user in a browser with JS. (Google should think we are real) 4) Click on the advertising of competitors. 5) Visit website, do something there (mouse movement, pressing the page down \ up) 6) Timeout 7) Go to step 1.
