Design in Flash

Hello all, I have decompiled an Adobe AIR application that I grabbed out of an android .apk file and now have access to the source code of it. I had to make some changes to the .as files in the package, for translation purposes, and now I need to repackage it back to .swf and put it back to the .apk and sign it so that I can install it to our android tablets. I need you to repackage the fla movie along with its .as files, create the .swf, put it back into the apk and sign it and send it to me. I have many projects like this if you can succeed in this one I can guarantee you 10 jobs a month. Budget is not set very high, high bidders will be ignored.
