AWK/Shell Script

Requirement: I need an "awk"/"shell" script written for transposing the last column from first csv file ([login to view URL]) to the last row of second csv file ([login to view URL]). I have attached both CSV files here. When the column is transposed, it is very important to keep the date format to DD/MM/YYYY format in resulting file ([login to view URL]) even if the [login to view URL] does not have the date format in DD/MM/YYYY format. More information: Everyday, an additional column is added to [login to view URL] and we need a script that can automatically transpose that column to last row of tofile.csv. I have given one "[login to view URL]" as an example so that it is easy to understand however there are 6 such files to do one by one, I assume the same script can be used for all six files.
