I need a simple but clean web site to show my business. I have a Café/Internet/Bar with Real estate for sale and for rent. The name is “The Loco Gringo” I will need a logo, banner and design along with website setup. If you have something already, all you have to do is change it for my use. I am located in the Caribbean and I want the site to have a Caribbean feel. I have some nice photos that can be used to help with backgrounds, logos, banners, etc. I want to have a sign up list for my News Letter. I also want to have some pages/links that can be for local information. Hotels, Restaurants, local maps, Interesting sites, Money Change, etc. I will be taking payments on line for deposits, rentals, and some other small items. I already have a merchant account and a shopping cart. This is the general idea.
