Backend Functionality Only

Below is a flowchart of exactly how my website will need to work. [login to view URL] Click on the links to view the pages. Those are the actual page designs which we will use. We have these files in Photoshop and saved in html. (but the forms etc are not functional) What I will need is backend functionality. I need those pages to have power behind it. Below is an example of each step: Cataloguer Side: A Cataloguer is an agent who is trained to catalogue job seeker information. The cataloguer is assigned a Cataloguer ID number and password in person. The cataloguer meets with job seekers and takes their information as well as a 3-5 minute video introduction. The cataloguer can then visit our website. They will be able to log in. They will be directed to a new job seeker form. They will input the information and load the video file. They will submit the information and receive a confirmation number. The information will enter our database and will include the Cataloguers ID number. Employer Side: Employer is assigned an Employer ID number and password in person. The employer can visit our website and login. The employer will be directed to a seach page. Employer can submit a search. Search results will compile. Employer can click on a result to view the job seekers information in detail which will include a video clip. Employer can click a link which adds the contact to "contact cart". Once employer has selected the desired candidates, the employer can click a link to "send contact now". This link will direct to a page where employer can send an email to several candidates at one time. Employer will receive a confirmation number once this is submitted. Admin panel will allow to add and remove Employers and Cataloguers. Admin panel will also allow to activate or deactivate listings.
