backup shell script for lotus

Simple shell(bash preferred) script to make backup of entire Lotus Domino server data. Script should stop the Domino service, back up the data, sync it to remote file server and then start the Domino. There should be 7 rotating daily backups(e.g. current backup replaces corresponding previous week's backup, so we always have backups from last 7 days). Script will be invoked from cron.
