out of all the crm's I like the look of vTiger, but not sure if it has the maximum functionality. I want a solution that completely automates erp, subscription management, automated invoicing from orders, recurring billing, account management, reporting, newsletters, and more. It also needs automating affiliate management, content protection and delivery, database mapping and syncing, the CRM must assist in marketing campaigns and also interact with the pbx (check out MarketCircle's daylite)
