Create a NSIS Installer to Deploy a Java Application

Project Description: Looking for a approach to deploy a Java application on Windows, Linux machines. Application dependencies : • Java • MySQL • Tomcat Expectations from Installer 1. Pr-requisite Check Java version - Installation of MySQL Tomcat If mentioned above not preset, it should provide options for automated install or Manual. 2. Set environment Variables 3. Execute the SQL scripts to create the database tables in MySQL 4. OS support : Windows and Linux It should be built based on open source like NSIS or other, to give possibility to do further modifications to installer file. In Brief : Installer need to install the tomcat, MySQL, web application, and db. script all in once. At the end, users only need to start the tomcat and MySQL service.
