Auto Video Slideshow Generator (Plus)

Need developers with expert level experience with video creation, video creation software, and video production. Looking to have a website "add-on" application that will allow users to step-by-step build custom videos / video slideshows, using their (or our stock) images, video clips, and audio, all built off of predefined templates that wilol dictate the timeline and other details most users would not be familiar with or able to manipulate.
