A digital version of Lupus in Tabula playable in public places with a lot of people

Hello. I would like to build a special version of this game : [[login to view URL] t][1]hat can be played in public places (pub,restaurant,ice-cream shop) with an high number of people. I mean,in short words,that there should be a software running on Linux that can be used by the moderator and two apps (the first for the Android phones and the second for Apple's phones) that should be used by the people who wants to play the game. The software that acts as server shares a wi-fi or bluetooth (you should know what's better) connection with the clients and talks with specific clients when it needs or it can acts standalone,talking with everybody through a large screen located on the public places where the game is hosted. This is the job that should be done in a few words. Read very carefully the rules on the link that I've attached and think how can you translate them into a digital game without losing the original meaning of the game.
