I have experience on Sales cloud, Service cloud. Being a part of a small team i have handled both Admin as well as development with ease. Hi, Since the scope is not yet defined therefore I will be high level here. I have recently implemented Salesforce along with an add-on 'IT Service Management' tool for one of the world's largest earth-moving tyre manufacturers and distributors in Australia. The process I followed for their implementation is described below, 1. Requirements gathering. 2. Convert required processes into flow charts and finalize plan. 3. Use tools like Workflow rules and Visual flow where required for building processes. 4. For more advance requirements used APEX coding (table and layout modifications, formulas, approvals, triggers etc.) 5. Training and handover.
