Hello , it is a very complicated task and time consuming task because Microsoft does not support downgrade. i will need 5 days for this. Of course i assume that you don't use special characteristics of the sql server 2012 (pivot,unpivot , window grouping , etc) that does not exist in sql server 2005. In that case we should rewrite the code and will be extra charges depending on the effort. I have been working with MSSQL for over 15 years. I am fully experienced as a developer and a DBA. Currently I am working at big financial organization in which I am responsible for the BI department. I have designed and the Developed the Organization’s Reporting Database which has been constructed with SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition. Kind Regards mpalgeo

Hello. MS SQL doesn't support restoring database from 2012 server to 2005 server. But I can migrate your data with help of TSQL. So if it is a suitable solution for you than I will help you with a pleasure.
