Paid on delivery
We have a system which self service kiosks connect to a back end. They retrieve whats called virtual prepaid cellular and electricity etc.
Every customer of ours deposits money regularly into our bank account and i have to then load these deposits onto our APPS system.
I have setup our own email for such deposits to come in, so every time a client deposits money i get an email.
I need someone to take each email and then load the deposit amount onto the apps system for the customers automatically to take away the human element. .
Each loading of deposit should be emailed so i can check confirmation via email. This way if i am not at the office i can see this system has loaded the deposit.
It should have built in prevention for double loading and report per day/per week and per month to be provided also for all deposits loaded.
Each client will have name and code e.g. HASSAN HAS001 so if the bank teller does not put the correct name it can be picked up by the code.
If it cant read both name and code then an email needs to be sent immediately.
These names and codes are on the system, so this program should automatically collect this data so we do not have to input the names and codes in separately. it can pick up from the APPS system in certain fields which we can discuss. All pics are attached.
Hello,
As per my understanding from the project we need to move the deposit information from mail to the APPS system.
I have experience of 7 years in . Net and worked in reputed service company from India (top listed company).
Plan to execute the project:
a. Loop the mails using the windows service and based on the information from the mail load the data into the database.
b. Build reports to view the data for day/week/month as an option.
Hope to work with you soon. Thanks
Regards,
James
