Create HUGE keywords list

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BIDDING!!! ANYONE NOT RESPECTING THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISREGARDED! To be considered for this project, you MUST: - send me a personal message (I don't want a copy/paste telling me how great you are for the job) - tell me what tools you will use to complete the project I am looking for someone to create a gigantic list of keywords for the word "fibromyalgia". When I say I need a gigantic list, I mean I need thousands of keywords, obviously including long tail searches. I am very knowledgeable about SEO so don't bid on this project thinking I have no clue what I am talking about. Anyone wasting my time will be disregarded instantly. Ideally, keywords would be organized by groups (for example: fibromyalgia treatment, fibromyalgia cure, fibromyalgia diet - all with hundreds of related keywords for each group). Every keyword or keyphrase should obviously include the word "fibromyalgia". This project should be pretty quick for anyone that has the right softwares (using Google Adwords keyword tool is obviously NOT sufficient). To bid on this project, please TELL ME WHAT SOFTWARE YOU WILL USE. It is very important for me to know what tool you use. Thank you
