Design Update, Integration w eBay Partner Network & SEO

Looking for a freelancer to set foot on a project that I have started 2 years ago. I have an automotive related website wich has a good content on the subject but needs some touch ups. The tasks involved with the project are; Getting an Ebay partner network (EPN) account: I have tried this a few times however I could not succed. So this is the priority of the project. İntegrating the website with EPN: The site is currently running with joomla. Freelancer should integrate the website with EPN preferably using joomla or an other CMS. SEO and design update: Site design should be with a modern design to allow EPN ads and Adsense as well. Site should be Search engine optimized.
