Build a Website with Ruby on Rails

Hi, I need a good Ruby on Rails programmer to build a website in Hebrew (RTL) with RoR (with a CMS) similar to the following: [login to view URL] Website description: Lawyer business directory / portal based on videos. The website consist of: - Regular pages (about, contact us, articles etc'). - Business pages of lawyers with their business details - 2 versions of pages (free / paid) . each lawyer will be able to sign up for the service (free/paid. If paid - he will enter credit card details), and then edit his details on that page. - After signing up for the service the lawyer will be able to upload / embed videos to the site. - Each video will have a video page (like a product page in stores) including the video (uploaded to the site or embedded from Youtube etc') + description + rating plagin (like on freelancer.com) + sharing buttons + link to that lawyer's page on my website. For each video the lawyer will choose one law category. - Category pages for each law category/specialty (criminal lawyer, real estate lawyer, family divorce lawyer etc'). Each category will have all videos of that category shown (like in a store category). Each video on the category will show its info (image of the video + description + rating + sharing buttons + link to that lawyer's page on my website). - The videos on each category will be ordered by the average rating of the videos. - The rating will be done by users (without having to sign in) that will be able to rate one time for each video. - On home page the videos of all categories will be shown - sorted by ratings. - The site will also have editor role that will be able to give ratings that are equal to 30-50 users from the admin panel (for example he gives video x 30 votes of 4.5 stars). - The project should also include: copying all existing pages + creating a 301 redirect table with which we can redirect each old page to its new URL.
