Carry Out A Mystery Shopping Assignment At A Retail Store In Gatton Queensland Australia

This assignment is to visit an electrical appliance retail store in person. Once in the store, you will be required to pretend you are interested in purchasing a TV or laptop and go through a normal shopping experience. Once the shopping visit is completed, you will then be required to complete an online questionnaire covering the service received during the shopping experience. You will also be required to ask four key questions whilst speaking with the salesperson in the store. At the end of the online questionnaire you will be required to write a minimum 500 word summation (Maximum 700 words), detailing as many relevant aspects of your visit as possible. You will not be required to make a purchase during this visit, but we will ask you to scan and send us proof of your visit, this will be a business card or a picture of the exterior of the store. This assignment should take about 1 and a half hours total to complete in total if you have average typing skills. To complete this task you will be required to fill out an online application form, once completed, this will give you access to the assignment. Please note we are looking for applications from individuals with good grammar and report writing skills.
