I am looking for someone that can calculate salaries on the 1st of every month based on different factors. Employees are divided in to 2 parts
1) Salary based - Attendance, Extra Working Days, Performance Incentives, Contest Money, Quality Scores Deductions, Performance Incentive Deduction
2) Commission based - Fix Percentage, variable Percentage, Certain Deductions based on some rules.
Proper Report for Salary to be transferred, Proper Report how to come to that salary conclusions, using formulas etc.
I would prefer to use Google Spreadsheet for this purpose.
